Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click "add to cart" any items that you wish to buy, putting them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Cart" and you will proceed to the checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, it is also possible to pay by cheques please make these payable to "Option 50/50 Ltd". We also accept Paypal payments. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card / debit card information via phone, or make secure payment online.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Returns Policy

Returns must be accompanied with a returns number and are subject to a 15% handling fee, unless faulty. If products are returned as faulty due to manufacturer defect and are unable to be replaced then a full refund will be issued.
