Shipping And Handling

Orders received before 3pm will be processed for next day delivery if the service has been selected at the time of order. Orders received after 3pm will be sent the next working day.

If you place your order after 3pm on a Saturday, the order will be dispatched Tuesday due to the store being closed Sunday / Monday. If you have a specific delivery schedule outside of these time frames contact us by telephone.

Delivery charges in the UK for all orders over £100 is free of charge (exc. Channel Islands)

We will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order if the goods are unavailable, we will advise on availability or an alternative, or issue a full refund.

Delivery outside of the UK is charged at £15 and delivery may take up to 28 days, once posted we will inform you of the tracking number and proof of posting.

Delivery Schedule

UK mainland orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days, (i.e. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), following receipt of cleared funds. If you have any specific delivery issues please contact us before you place your order. Orders may take up to 28 days to be dispatched in exceptional circumstances.
